„DRY HIRE”

On request we let our projectors until normal brightness and some of our equipment, without technician. In this case the client’s duty to take care of delivery, operation and to return the equipment by deadline.
As long as operating staff is not required, but delivery, installation will be ordered with the techniques, we charge an extra fee.

”COMPLETE SERVICE”

We offer a trained and experienced team of experts to operate our equipment.
On request we can ensure colleagues with foreign language knowledge.
In the case of ordering the complete service, we assure the installation gratis!
We only charge an installation fee in special cases, for extreme requests.

In the case of event in countryside and abroad (outside Budapest), delivery fee will be charged depending on mileage and the size of the truck.  
In the case of events abroad, delivery and installation expenses and pay off days will be according a separate agreement.

Our prices are rack rates, which can vary depending on the contracted time, the type of event, or individual agreement.

Our technicians' fees are charged according to the following:

Cameraman

• 1 person/day - for a maximum duration of 10 hour

Roads

In special cases, on extreme requests loading staff could also be necessary. As they are not experts and can only assist at the installation or/and dismantling, their fees are lower from that of the technicians.

OTHER SERVICES

If you are not familiar with our equipments and techniques, or you can’t decide which technique would be suitable for you, we are gladly at your service to show you our stock.  
Technical test in our warehouse
We would like to make your choice easier, therefore out technician colleagues will gladly show you our equipment in our warehouse, by prior arrangement, where you can test them free of charge.

Technical test on location of the event

If you have chosen the equipment, but are still uncertain concerning the circumstances of the projection, you can test them at a reduced rate beforehand on location of the event.
Location visit in Budapest
We are gladly at your disposal by prior arrangement in order to finalise the technical details.
On-site examination is free within the area of Budapest.

Location visit outside Budapest

We are gladly at your disposal by prior arrangement in order to finalise the technical details.
We charge a mileage fee for on-site examination in the rest of the country.
Group visits are also possible. If the customer transports our colleague with his/her own car, we charge a fee based on time.

Presentation of our services at reference event

You can make certain of the quality of our services at some of our bigger reference events where you are welcome by prior arrangement.

Pre-, and post productions

We assume the preparation and/or post production of the projecting material (presentation, animation, film, etc…) on our special studio technical equipment for an extra.
We charge the expenses of pre-, and post production in studiotime (per hour).
